ملخص البحث
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع: (الآثار المترتبة على عقد النكاح الصحيح) وذلك عبر دراسة شرعية فقهية، ويقصد بالآثار المترتبة على عقد الزواج تلك الحقوق التي تنشأ عن هذا العقد لكلٍ من الزوجيْن، فهناك حقوق خاصة بالزوجة وحقوق خاصة بالزوج على زوجته، وحقوق مشتركة بين الزوجين.
واتساقًا مع ضبط المفهوم انتظم هيكل هذا البحث في مقدمة، ومطالب ثلاثة، وخاتمة، عرض المطلب الأول حقوق الزوجة، وأبان المطلب الثاني عن حقوق الزوج، ومن ثم جاء المطلب الثالث موضحًا للحقوق المشتركة بين الزوجين.
This research deals with the topic: (The effects of a valid marriage contract) through a legal and jurisprudential study. By the effects of a marriage contract, we mean the rights that arise from this contract for each of the spouses. There are rights specific to the wife, rights specific to the husband over his wife, and shared rights between the spouses. .
In line with controlling the concept, the structure of this research was organized into an introduction and three demands. The first requirement presented the wife’s rights, the second requirement explained the husband’s rights, and then the third requirement explained the shared rights between the spouses.
