اشتمل البحث علي مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة مطالب وخاتمة:
أما المقدمة: فاشتملت علي بيان أهمية البحث وخطته.

المطلب الرابع: المناقشة والترجيح: حيث قررتُ في البحث أن المسألة خلافية والخلاف فيها سائغ وعليه ومن ثمة لا ينبغي التعصب والإنكار علي أحد وينبغي أيضاً مراعاة عوائد الناس وقد ترك الإمام أحمد رحمه الله هاتين الركعتين مراعاة للعادة والعرف.
ثم خاتمة : واشتملت علي النتائج والتوصيات وملخص للبحث باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Accordingly, fanaticism and denunciation of no one should not be done, and people’s customs should also be taken into account. Imam Ahmad, may God have mercy on him, left these two rak’ahs out of consideration for custom and custom.
Then a conclusion: It included the most important results and recommendations, a summary of the research in Arabic and English, and the most important sources and references.
