Citation Policy:

The journal maintains a strict policy against plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are screened using electronic software to verify the percentage of quotations. Articles with an unacceptable citation rate, as determined by the journal, will be rejected.

Authors retain all intellectual property rights while transferring only the commercial rights to the journal.
