Guide for Authors

  1. The research paper should not exceed 60 pages.
  • An abstract in both Arabic and English must be included, ranging between 150 to 250 words.
  • Keywords should be included, with a minimum of three and a maximum of five words.
  1. The manuscript must not have been previously published or have any excerpts published elsewhere.
  2. Extracts from master’s theses or doctoral dissertations are accepted after modifications following the journal’s academic publishing standards.
  3. All sources must be properly cited according to the following journal’s style of citation:
  • Printed books: Author’s name – Book title – Editor or Translator (if applicable) – Publisher – Edition – Year of publication – Volume and page number.
  • Manuscripts: Author’s name – Book title – Location of the manuscript – Manuscript number – Folio or page number.
  • Journal articles: Author’s name – Article title – Journal name – Volume and year – Page number.
  • References and footnotes should be numbered within the text and compiled in a detailed bibliography at the end of the paper.
  1. The manuscript must be typed using Microsoft Word on a 17.6 × 25 cm page size (journal format).
  • Margins:
  • Top: 2.5 cm
  • Bottom: 2.5 cm
  • Right: 2.5 cm
  • Left: 2.5 cm
  • Font specifications:
  • Arabic Text: 16 pt Traditional Arabic, Footnotes: 14 pt Regular
  • English Text: 14 pt Regular, English Footnotes: 12 pt Regular
  1. Submission Fees:

For Researchers within Egypt:

  • EGP 800 for papers up to 60 pages + EGP 100 administrative fees.
  • EGP 900 for papers exceeding 60 pages up to 99 pages + EGP 100 administrative fees.

For Researchers outside Egypt:

  • USD 100 (or equivalent) for papers up to 60 pages + USD 10 administrative fees.
  • USD 125 for papers exceeding 60 pages up to 99 pages + USD 10 administrative fees.
  1. Publication Fees (Upon Acceptance):

For Researchers within Egypt:

  • EGP 30 per page for papers up to 60 pages.
  • EGP 50 per page for papers exceeding 60 pages up to 70 pages.
  • EGP 70 per page for papers exceeding 70 pages up to 99 pages.
  • EGP 80 per page for papers exceeding 99 pages.

For Researchers outside Egypt:

  • USD 10 (or equivalent) per page for papers up to 60 pages.
  • USD 12 per page for papers exceeding 60 pages up to 70 pages.
  • USD 15 per page for papers exceeding 70 pages up to 99 pages.
  • USD 20 per page for papers exceeding 99 pages.

 

8- Declaration of Originality:
The researcher must use the designated form to sign a declaration confirming that the research has not been previously published or submitted for consideration elsewhere.

 

9- Peer Review without Publication:
A researcher may submit a paper for peer review only, without publication in the journal, provided that all applicable fees are paid.

 

10- Responsibility for Opinions:
The opinions and ideas expressed in the published research articles are the sole responsibility of the authors and do not represent the views of the faculty or the journal’s editorial board.

For Subscribers within Egypt:

  • Individuals: EGP 150 (annual subscription: EGP 300) + shipping fees.
  • Scientific institutions: EGP 300 + shipping fees.

For Subscribers outside Egypt:

  • Individuals: USD 30 (or equivalent) (annual subscription: USD 60) + shipping fees.
  • Scientific institutions: USD 40 (or equivalent) (annual subscription: USD 100) + shipping fees.
