Abstract

Muslims have been plagued in recent decades by those who have taken over satellite television, both those who are known for their knowledge and wisdom, claiming to be lenient and lenient with people. Some of them have even combined the concessions of the various schools of thought on most matters of jurisprudence and have openly granted the common people the freedom to adopt whatever they wish. They argue in this regard that scholars do not have guardianship over God's creation and that their role is to convey opinions, not to impose a specific opinion. This is a statement of truth devoid of a correct understanding of its literal meaning, connotation, and implications.
The phenomenon of those in charge of issuing fatwas following the concessions of the various schools of thought and issuing fatwas based on them constitutes a blatant violation of God's law.
